Jay-Z’s profound influence on Hip-Hop is now celebrated through an exhibit titled “The Book of HOV,” a tribute curated by the Brooklyn Public Library. This captivating installation features “never-before-seen images, art, and ephemera from the artist’s archives,” offering a unique glimpse into his remarkable life and career.

Helping bring the exhibit to life is Vega Studio, a Web3 design agency founded by Charles “Ceej Vega” Johnson. Through their expertise in motion graphics, 3D, Augmented Reality (AR), and Web3, they craft visually stunning and thought-provoking content, staying true to Jay-Z’s essence and creative expression.

The exhibit, titled “A Work of Art Already,” showcases Vega Studio’s craftsmanship, including a striking 30-Foot LED tower that commemorates Jay-Z’s profound relationship with art and its influence on his creativity.

Displayed artworks such as “Decoded,” “The Louvre (winged victory),” “Jeff Koons,” and “Reasonable Doubt 25th Anniversary NFT” add to the immersive experience, making it an iconic moment in Hip-Hop history, Brooklyn, and the culture at large.

Charles “Ceej Vega” Johnson shared his excitement, expressing that being a Black-owned and operated agency in Brooklyn allowed them to fully appreciate and contribute to Jay-Z’s impact on the culture, making this creative partnership truly special.
